The project is built in two major phases and various stages. The first phase is to construct the entire Northbound Dallas North Tollway from the South of SH121 to the South of Parker Road. This work includes demolition, ITS relocations, grading, drainage, walls, paving, and bridge widening work. Phase 2 of the project is constructing the South Bound Dallas North Tollway within the same limits.
