Widening the six (6) lane freeway to an eight (8) lane freeway from Spring Creek Parkway to SH 121 (Sam Rayburn Tollway); improvement to frontage roads and ramps; concrete pavement; asphalt milling and paving; widening of four (4) concrete bridges; installing multiple concrete drill shafts; performing concrete bridge repairs; implementing multiple traffic switches to allow for construction phasing; constructing new mechanically stabilized earth structures and soil nail fascia; installing transparent noise barriers walls; installing drainage structures and utilities throughout the project; installing multiple new traffic signals and overhead signage; Installing new landscape and installing new project lighting and pavement markings.
