Demolition of existing parking lot and construction of a new precast parking garage with a capacity of 207 cars. Scope includes Precast concrete parking structure, storefront curtain walls, site work, concrete sidewalks, signage, elevators, landscaping. All MEPF systems to be intergraded with the existing City Hall Building.
