This project consists of an elementary campus addition which involves constructing a new building, while the campus is fully operational, after coordination of the demolition of existing buildings.  The new building includes a ground floor with 9 classrooms, a music lab, art lab, community center, learning center, offices, and services in-app. 26,400 sf.  It also includes a second floor with 9 classrooms, a learning center, language classroom, dance room, conference room, faculty lounge, and services in-app. 23,272 sf. Exterior recreational areas, landscaping, and 41 new parking spaces are integrated into the construction phase as well.
