This Design-Build project included the construction of a double-span Sun Pass Gantry with Equipment Building, to the south of the existing Sunrise Mainline Toll Plaza. Several modifications to the toll plaza that already existed were made to permit this construction. Changes in the roadway lighting, signage, landscape, drainage, pavement markings, and tunnel reconstruction. Updates to the aesthetics of the canopy and administration building were made as well.
