LEHMAN CENTER TEST TRACK

The proposed improvements on this project focus on the Lehman Center Test Track/Lehman Yard Rehabilitation Expansion, Phase 1. Some of the specifics include the design, permitting, and construction of a test and siding track, inspection building, five (5) new storage tracks, and two (2) maintenance-of-way tracks. The scope also comprises the implementation of a train control and communication system house, closed-circuit television (CCTV), telephone systems, and traction power connection along with the addition of track switches, controlled by the existing control building at the yard tower.
