MIAMI BEACH PATROL HEADQUARTERS & 10TH ST AUDITORIUM

This project consists of partial restoration, renovation, and addition to the existing (2) story Auditorium/Beach Patrol Headquarters facility, improvements to accessibility, life safety, and partial site improvements included. The 15,000 sq. ft, state-of-the-art 10 Street Auditorium accommodates the Art Deco Welcome Center, a two-story exhibition space hall, a retail gift store, and administrative offices, vital support facilities for ocean rescue operations, and renovated public restrooms. A breezeway was constructed between the two buildings to re-establish the historic north-south pedestrian connection within Lummus Park.
