The project consists of replacing and relocating the existing generators into two new generator buildings adjacent to the existing pump stations. It includes upgrading automatic and manual transfer switches for a more reliable emergency and backup power source at both pump stations. Work is to progress in stages, such that, new equipment is to be installed, tested, and energized before existing equipment is de-energized and removed.
