MIRAMAR READINESS CENTER

As part of the Department of Military Affairs Military Construction (MILCON) program, this project consisted of building a new 102,000 SF Readiness Center Facility to support the training and readiness of the local Army National Guard units serving the region. This work included all materials, labor, equipment, and services, including all civil, landscaping, structural, architectural, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and other miscellaneous work necessary to fully construct the Readiness Center Facility.
